Using the Platform constitutes a binding agreement between you and the Platform Owner, with these Terms and policies forming your contractual obligations. Introduction

• This Privacy Policy outlines how MN Service Providers and its affiliates (collectively "MN Service Providers," "we," "our," or "us") collect, use, share, protect, or otherwise process your personal information through our website https://mnserviceproviders.com/(hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"). Please note that certain sections of the Platform may be accessible without registration.

• We primarily store and process your personal data in India, ensuring compliance with applicable Indian laws related to data protection and privacy. However, if you are located outside India, your personal data may be stored at your closest geographical location to ensure better accessibility and performance. Please note that such storage may incur additional costs, which will be subject to payment as per applicable terms.

• We do not offer any product or service through this Platform outside of India. However, we may retain data if we believe it is necessary to prevent fraud, address future abuse, or serve other legitimate purposes. MNSP Pricing Policy

Pricing Range

The pricing for individual modules ranges from (INR)49/- to (INR)1950/-, depending on the specific requirements and scope of the module.

1. Service-Based Pricing

o The pricing for services such as Web Development, DevOps (CICD), Infrastructure as Code, Cloud Architecting, AI/ML/DL Solutions, and others is determined based on the scope, complexity, and duration of the project.

o Each project will have a customized quote provided after an initial consultation and understanding of specific client requirements.

o Pracing Range between Rs.49/- to Rs.1950/- per module, the price may vary based on the requirement.

2. Hourly and Fixed Pricing Models

o Hourly Pricing: For short-term or flexible engagements, our services are charged on an hourly basis. The hourly rates will be communicated upfront during project discussions.

o Fixed Pricing: For long-term or predefined scope projects, a fixed price will be agreed upon before the commencement of the project. This price will include all agreed-upon deliverables.

o For Indian clients, pricing will be quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and will include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).

o For international clients, pricing will be quoted in USD or the relevant local currency. Additional costs may apply based on currency conversion fees and applicable taxes or duties in the client’s country.

4. Payment Terms

o Advance Payment: For all projects, a percentage of the total fee (typically 20-50%) must be paid as an advance before the project begins.

o Milestone-Based Payments: For larger projects, payments will be divided into milestones and must be completed before proceeding to the next stage.

o Final Payment: The remaining balance must be cleared before the final delivery of the project or service.

5. Additional Costs

o Any additional services or changes beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately and will require client approval before proceeding.

o Hosting, domain registration, third-party API fees, cloud storage, or other subscriptions will be charged separately if not included in the initial quote.

6. Global Market Pricing

o For global clients, additional costs may apply for data storage in closest geographical locations, as per our Privacy Policy.

o Prices may vary based on market dynamics, time zone adjustments, and client-specific requirements.

7. Refund and Cancellation

o Refunds: Payments for completed milestones or delivered services are non-refundable. Refunds will only be considered for advance payments if the project is canceled before any work begins.

o Cancellation Fees: If the project is canceled midway, cancellation charges may apply to cover the time and resources already spent.

8. Price Revisions

o Prices are subject to periodic review and may change due to market trends, technology upgrades, or other external factors. Any such changes will not impact ongoing projects unless agreed upon by both parties.

9. Customized Solutions

o Tailor-made products or services built using frameworks like CMMI will be priced based on detailed requirements and alignment with the framework. Pricing may include costs for research, development, and testing phases.

10. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

o Pricing details and project deliverables are confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties unless agreed upon in writing.

MNSP Refund Policy

1. Prepaid Services

o All services offered by MN Service Providers, including but not limited to Web Development, PMP with Digital Transformation, DevOps (CICD), Cloud Architecting, Data Insights with AI/ML/DL, SEO, API Development and Integration, and E-commerce Solutions, are prepaid services.

o A percentage of the total project cost (usually 20-50%) must be paid in advance before starting any work. This advance payment secures the scheduling and allocation of resources for the project.

2. Product Build & Delivery

o For Tailor-Made Product Building, including CMMI Framework-based Development or Custom Software Development, the product will only be delivered upon full payment after a satisfactory demo is provided.

o The demo will showcase the key features and functionality of the product. If the client is satisfied with the demo and agrees to proceed, the remaining payment must be made before the source code and final product are handed over.

3. Refund Eligibility

o Refund requests will be considered only for the advance payment made before the commencement of the project, prior to any work being started.

o If the client cancels the project before work begins, , a refund will be processed after deducting a reasonable administrative fee (up to 10% of the advance amount) to cover preliminary work, such as consultations or initial assessments.

o No refunds will be provided once the work on the project has started or the product demo has been shown, as these services are considered prepaid and have already incurred costs for the company.

oIn the case of cancellation before the start of work or the process, the refund request will be considered and refunds will be credited within 7 days to the original payment method.

4. Post-Demo Refunds for Products

o Once the product has been demoed and the client agrees to the product's features and functionality, full payment must be made before the final product and source code are delivered.

o No refunds will be issued once the client has approved the demo, as the project has progressed to its final stage, and work has been completed to the agreed-upon specifications.

5. Cancellation After Payment

o If the project is canceled after work has commenced, the client is liable to pay for all work completed up to the point of cancellation. This includes design, development, and any associated costs for the time and resources spent.

o Cancellation fees will be applied for projects that are in progress or for services that have been rendered but not fully paid for.

6. Changes to the Project Scope

o Any significant changes to the project scope requested after the initial agreement may incur additional charges. These charges will be clearly communicated to the client and must be agreed upon in writing or through mutual understanding.

o Any additional work beyond the original scope may also lead to revised timelines and increased costs, which will be discussed and agreed upon by both parties before proceeding.

7. Dispute Resolution

o In case of any disputes regarding the refund, both parties agree to engage in an amicable negotiation process. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the matter will be referred to mediation or arbitration under the laws of India amd the Jurisdiction Limited to Bengaluru.

o The decision of the arbitrator will be binding.

8. Non-refundable Services

o Certain services such as consultations, initial designs, assessments, or any third-party services (e.g., hosting, domain registration, cloud services) are non-refundable once initiated.

• Prepaid services and custom-built products are not refundable once the project work begins or the demo has been approved.

• We aim to ensure 100% client satisfaction, and any concerns regarding the quality of the service or product will be handled promptly, with necessary adjustments being made in line with the project’s scope.

• Full payment is required to release the final product and source code for all custom development services.
